How can I follow up my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with the tracking number. For more information on how to track your order, click here.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Yes, but only if the order has not left our warehouse. We are happy to help you, please contact us immediately. However, once the order has been shipped, we cannot change or cancel it.
How can I change my address once I have placed my order?
Please contact customer service immediately to change the address before shipping. Once the items have been shipped, the address cannot be changed.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Once the returned items have been received, processing of the refund will take up to 3 working days. For PayPal account holders, it takes up to 3 business days for the transaction to appear on the PayPal account. For credit card refunds, it takes between 7 and 14 business days to complete the transaction.
